Recommended Global Options

• Click Tools > Global Options > R General (See Figure 1)

• Change the default Save workspace to .RData on exit: from Ask to Never using the drop down menu.

• Click on Sweave in Figure 1 and change the Weave Rnw files using: from the default Sweave to knitr. (See Figure 2)
